At Renascent Athletics, we believe fitness should be simple, effective, and built to last. We’re a CrossFit affiliate located in Burien, WA—home to a welcoming, tight-knit community of everyday people doing hard things for the right reasons.

Our members are from all walks of life. Parents, professionals, and neighbors who decided it was time to treat their bodies like they matter—and we’re here to guide that journey. With small class sizes, intentional coaching, and approachable programming, we meet you where you’re at—whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after years away, or navigating your way back from injury.

Our core group class—constantly varied, high-intensity, and coached with intention. Every workout is scalable, every class is capped at 12 people, and every member gets the attention they need to move well and train with purpose.

Legends

Included with Membership

Our Legends class is designed for athletes aged 55 and up who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident in everyday life. We focus on safe, functional movements, low-impact conditioning, and community-driven support—all coached at a pace that works for you.

Not at all. We welcome total beginners every week. You can either start with a free Saturday “Thrive Class” or schedule a 90-minute Intro Session to get one-on-one coaching and set a strong foundation. Sign up here.
