I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2017, starting my journey at CrossFit I1uvit, where I quickly fell in love with how it transformed my body, my confidence, and my overall outlook on life. What started as just a way to get in shape became something much bigger. It gave me a community, friendships, and the drive to push myself in ways I didn’t know were possible. Seeing those same changes happen for people around me is what truly inspired me to become a coach and eventually take over Renascent Athletics.
As the owner, my passion is sharing fitness in a way that’s inclusive, supportive, and fun, while still helping everyone safely push past their limits. There’s nothing better than watching our members surprise themselves with what they’re capable of, both inside and outside the gym. Not at all. We welcome total beginners every week. You can either start with a free Saturday “Thrive Class” or schedule a 90-minute Intro Session to get one-on-one coaching and set a strong foundation. Sign up here.
