Your Starting Point

Our Intro Class is a 90-minute one-on-one session designed to get you comfortable and confident before jumping into group classes.

We’ll walk you through the foundational movements, learn about your background and goals, and set you up for success from day one. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just new to CrossFit, this session gives us a chance to get to know you—and helps you get a feel for how we coach, communicate, and train.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about making sure you feel supported and seen from the start.
