CrossFit

General physical preparedness at its finest  

Our CrossFit (strength + cardio) class is a 60-minute functional interval program. This program has more emphasis on strength training than our Thrive classes. Don’t worry though you will still get a great dose of cardio. Movements to prepare you for real life. Emphasizing functional movements, including everything from running, rowing, gymnastics, kettlebells, and weightlifting. Every class brings something new, this keeps training interesting day in and day out.
*Foundations course required to join our CrossFit classes.

Thrive 45

Thrive 45 is a Functional-Interval Training class. Thrive is for anyone looking for a great coach-led workout!

Our Thrive program is perfect for anyone who is bored of their current exercise regimen and wants to get a great workout in 45 min or less!

During these classes, you have a coach teaching you proper movement mechanics. Lot’s of variety in these classes using dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, jump ropes and running, etc.

Foundations

Never done a strength and conditioning program and not sure how to start?

We designed foundations specifically for people just like you. We meet with you for two one-on-one training sessions. During these sessions, we teach you the fundamentals and get you all set up to feel confident going into our group classes.

Personal Training

Not ready for the group environment or looking to for a more personalized approach? Personal training might be the perfect way for you to get started. Having the attention of a trainer to create workouts specific to your goals and teach the proper movement will put you on the fast track for real results.
