
Visiting Renascent?
We love having visitors join us for a workout, whether you are traveling through or looking to try a different gym, we look forward to meeting you! We pride ourselves on teaching and maintaining a small group vibe where everyone gets a tailored experience. We have a 10 person class limit so please make sure to follow our drop-in link (below) and reserve your spot! We ask that you have at least 3 months of experience with a variety of barbell lifts and high intensity workouts to join a class. If you do not have this kind of experience no worries, simply book a free intro meeting so we can get you started smart and safe through our Foundations course.
Please plan to arrive five minutes before the scheduled class time so we can introduce you to our gym.
