What is Thrive 45 Class at Renascent Athletics?

Have you wondered or are not sure what our Lifestyle class is? 

This is our take on a “boot camp” class. In Thrive we use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bikes, rowers, jump roping, and more. Every day the workout is different, this keeps it exciting and allows this to be used as a daily fitness experience if desired.

We designed these classes to incorporate functional movements (i.e. multi-joint full-body movements) in a cardio-focused environment. The movements and weights are infinitely scalable, this class will challenge individuals of all levels. 

Thrive classes are 45 minutes in length with an emphasis on continual movement and a kick-ass workout every time! No prerequisites are required, all you need to do is show up. The movements are designed for anyone to come in and get a great workout! Our coaches will teach proper mechanics and help with modifying movements as necessary.
